This class focuses on “Shen Yun” (body rhythm and expression) techniques from Chinese classical dance, emphasizing breath, body lines, and inner rhythm+ Chinese Umbrella Dance. Open to all levels.

🌸 Chinese Adult Folk Dance — Haiyang Yangge

A lively folk dance from Shandong, known for its joyful rhythm and energetic style. Learn basic steps and gestures with twisting and shaking movements. Open to all adults and dance lovers with some prior dance experience.

成人民间舞蹈 · 海阳秧歌 – 源自山东的热烈欢快的民间舞蹈，以节奏鲜明、动作有力而著称。课程教授基本步伐和手势，融合扭、甩、抖、转的特色动作。适合有一定舞蹈基础的成年人和舞蹈爱好者。
